About YOGINI SRISHTI

She specializes in women’s health-related issues through the Yogic management of diseases and brings over 15 years of experience practicing various styles of Yoga, including Hatha, Yin, Yang, Restorative, Vinyasa, and Ashtanga.

four-time National Gold Medallist, she holds a Diploma from Bhartiya Vidya Bhavan and is certified in Yoga Science from MDNIY.

Her teaching journey began over five years ago, when she organized Yoga events at AIIMS. Since then, she has positively impacted the lives of more than 30,000 students.

This journey is designed for women of all ages who want to prioritize their health and well-being naturally.

No prior yoga experience is necessary. The journey is suitable for beginners, as well as those familiar with yoga. All practices will be guided to accommodate various fitness levels.

No special equipment is needed. A yoga mat, comfortable clothing, and a quiet space are all you’ll need for the practices.

 Each session is designed to take about 45 to 60 minutes, including yoga practice, breathwork, and discussion on lifestyle tips.
