I specialize in women’s health-related issues with Yogic management of diseases and have 15+ years of practice experience with different styles of Yoga, namely Hatha, Yin, Yang, Restorative, Vinyasa, and Ashtanga Yoga.

Four times National Gold Medallist, a Diploma holder from Bhartiya Vidya Bhavan and certified in Yoga Science from MDNIY.

You will receive 45 recorded classes including catch up session and the access will be live for 60 days.  The live catch-up sessions will be held every Wednesday at 6-7 AM and 7-8 PM.

This program combines holistic techniques like Yoga, Pranayama, Meditation, EFT (Tapping Therapy), Face Yoga, Yog Nidra, Mudras, Ayurveda, Nutrition, and Posture Correction to help balance the doshas—Vata, Pitta, and Kapha.

By the end of this program, you will see a sustainable inch loss, healthier metabolism & improved immunity, higher flexibility & strength, reduced joint and back pain, and balanced Doshas.

This program can be joined by anyone (male/female), no matter your experience level as this is beginner to intermediate friendly.
