ABOUT YOGINI SRISHTI

 

She specializes in women’s health-related issues through the Yogic management of diseases and brings over 15 years of experience practicing various styles of Yoga, including Hatha, Yin, Yang, Restorative, Vinyasa, and Ashtanga.

A four-time National Gold Medallist, she holds a Diploma from Bhartiya Vidya Bhavan and is certified in Yoga Science from MDNIY.

Her teaching journey began over five years ago, when she organised Yoga events at AIIMS. Since then, she has positively impacted the lives of more than 30,000 students.

The Virtual Care Program is designed to support women facing PCOS, PCOD, thyroid issues, hormonal imbalances, and fertility challenges. It includes: – Therapeutic yoga sessions – Guided meditations Ayurvedic and lifestyle insights – Nutrition support (if enrolled in the Yoga + Diet plan)

You will receive 4 live yoga sessions and 1 catch-up session every week. Choose from two convenient time slots: 6–7 AM or 7–8 PM IST. If you miss a session, recorded classes are available.

Many women experience improved hormonal balance, regular cycles, better energy, and reduced stress.
While results vary, this program builds healthy habits and supports long-term healing.

This program is open to all women—beginners and experienced alike. Whether you’re currently facing health issues or aiming for prevention, the program promotes overall well-being.
