Diploma holder from Bhartiya Vidya Bhavan and cetificatied in Yoga Science from Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga.
Four times National gold medalist in State and National level competitions organised by Akhil Bhartiya and SGFI games Federations.
I’ve been practicing Yoga from past 12 years and started my journey as a Yoga teacher 5 years ago when I organized various events in AIIMS.
