The Virtual Care Program is designed to support women facing PCOS, PCOD, thyroid issues, hormonal imbalances, and fertility challenges. It includes: – Therapeutic yoga sessions – Guided meditations Ayurvedic and lifestyle insights – Nutrition support (if enrolled in the Yoga + Diet plan)
You will receive 4 live yoga sessions and 1 catch-up session every week. Choose from two convenient time slots: 6–7 AM or 7–8 PM IST. If you miss a session, recorded classes are available.
