Yes. Many women have successfully conceived naturally after joining. This program prepares your body by improving blood flow, reducing inflammation, regulating hormones, and creating a calm, receptive internal environment.

Yes. We provide restorative support for women in post-pregnancy or post-IVF recovery. All practices are gentle, guided, and focused on rebuilding energy, hormone balance, and emotional strength.

No problem. We offer two class timings daily (morning & evening), and you also get access to recordings so you can practice at your own pace.

Not at all. All classes are conducted in Privacy mode, meaning only the teacher is visible to you. No students can see each other during practice, your privacy is fully respected.

No. The program is beginner-friendly and guided in simple, easy-to-follow steps. Each practice is tailored for women with real health concerns.
