ABOUT YOGINI SRISHTI

I specialize in women’s health-related issues with Yogic management of diseases and have 15+ years of practice experience with different styles of Yoga, namely Hatha, Yin, Yang, Restorative, Vinyasa, and Ashtanga Yoga. Four times National Gold Medallist, a Diploma holder from Bhartiya Vidya Bhavan and certified in Yoga Science from MDNIY.  I started teaching Yoga 6+ years ago when I organized various events in AIIMS & since then I’ve had a positive impact on the lives of 40,000+ students.

In this  LIVE program we will work on the most common issues faced by women including PCOS, PCOD, thyroid, hormonal imbalance and low fertility. For the major portion of the classes we will be focusing on physical practice of Yoga. However, this program will also include meditation and some lessons from Ayurveda that can help with these issues.

For LIVE + Recorded plan 4 Yoga classes and 2 catch up session will be organises on weekly basis & you can join as per your convenience either the morning 6-7AM slot or evening 7-8PM slot for Enlish Classes and 5:30 – 6:30 PM slot for Hindi Classes. In case you miss both the classes you can also practice by watching the recording of the LIVE Class.

In my 12 years of experience with Yoga, I’ve seen many people work on these issues and even though like any other natural process it takes time to fix these issues, however by the end of this Program you will definitely gain the knowledge & habit to start your journey in the right direction.

These classes are mainly designed for women health related problems so any women irrespective of their current level of practice can join the workshop and even though you may not be facing these problems currently these exercises will still be beneficial as they decrease the likelihood of having these issues in future.

Yes, Yoga actually acts as a rehab for people with pre-existing health issues. However, do consult your Doctor first and while making the payment do mention your medial condition in the payment form so that the teacher is informed about the same.
