Not at all. This program is designed for beginners as well as those already active in fitness or gym routines. Every movement is guided, safe, and progressively builds strength, flexibility, and breath control.
Yoga improves blood circulation to reproductive organs, balances stress hormones (like cortisol), boosts testosterone, and supports nervous system health. These are all key contributors to improving sperm quality, motility, and overall fertility.
We provide recordings for 7 days after each session, so you can catch up at your own pace. Even if you miss a few live sessions, consistent practice using recordings will still bring results.
No, not at all. While fertility is a key focus, the practices also improve posture, digestion, sleep, energy, skin/hair health, and hormonal balance—making it ideal for any man in his 30s–40s looking to future-proof his health.
We combine classical Hatha Yoga, mobility drills, targeted asanas for men’s health, calming breathwork (pranayama), and short guided meditations. Each class is 100% practical and grounded in the body.
It will perfectly complement your gym routine. You’ll improve recovery, reduce stiffness, and enhance mind–muscle connection. Many of our students report fewer injuries and better performance at the gym after adding yoga.
We meet 5 times a week live. The rest of the days, you’ll receive easy-to-follow home practice suggestions to stay consistent. You can continue your gym or work schedule alongside.
If a session is rescheduled, you will be informed in advance.
Just a yoga mat, a quiet space, your device and a growth mindset. We recommend wearing light, breathable clothes. No fancy props or prior flexibility required.
Yes. In fact, this program is built to help you reduce stiffness, joint pain, and poor posture. Every session includes modifications and guidance for different body types and pain areas.
However, if you’re facing severe pain or any other issue it is recommended that you get a clearance from your Doctor or consult our Ayurvedic Doctor for best recommendation.
