ABOUT YOGINI SRISHTI

I specialize in women’s health-related issues with Yogic management of diseases and have 14+ years of practice experience with different styles of Yoga, namely Hatha, Yin, Yang, Restorative, Vinyasa, and Ashtanga Yoga.

Four times National Gold Medallist, a Diploma holder from Bhartiya Vidya Bhavan and certified in Yoga Science from MDNIY. 

I started teaching Yoga 5+ years ago when I organized various events in AIIMS & since then I’ve had a positive impact on the lives of 30,000+ students

Each day addresses specific health concerns, including hormonal balance, reproductive and pelvic health, thyroid regulation, uterine health, stress management, and maintaining lifelong wellness.

This journey is designed for women of all ages who want to prioritize their health and well-being naturally.

No prior yoga experience is necessary. The journey is suitable for beginners, as well as those familiar with yoga. All practices will be guided to accommodate various fitness levels.

No special equipment is needed. A yoga mat, comfortable clothing, and a quiet space are all you’ll need for the practices.

 Each session is designed to take about 45 to 60 minutes, including yoga practice, breathwork, and discussion on lifestyle tips.

This journey is meant to offer general wellness support, but it’s not a substitute for medical treatment. Please consult your doctor if you have any specific health conditions or concerns before joining.

Absolutely! If you miss a session, you can easily reschedule to stay on track with the program.
